1. General Overview

At Aetos Now, we aim to deliver your orders swiftly, safely, and seamlessly.
Every pair of Aetos shoes is packed with care and dispatched directly from our nearest Aetos Now dark store to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Our logistics model is built for Delhi’s dynamic pace — offering both standard and express delivery options based on your location and preference.

2. Shipping Options & Charges

Shipping Type Charge Details
Standard Shipping ₹50 Available for all eligible Delhi pin codes within Aetos Now coverage zones.
Express Shipping ₹75 Ensures same-day or 24-hour delivery, depending on slot and product availability.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed immediately after confirmation through online payment or verified COD.

  • You will receive real-time order tracking updates via WhatsApp and SMS once the order is dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM are processed the next day.

4. Delivery Coverage

  • Currently, Aetos Now operates in Delhi NCR through multiple micro-hubs for efficient delivery.

  • We ship all Delhi orders through our own self-shipping network — this means deliveries are handled exclusively by our in-house Aetos Now delivery team for better control, faster service, and minimal transit damage.

  • Deliveries beyond Aetos Now zones are managed through trusted courier partners (e.g., Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax) and may follow standard courier timelines.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, your order can be tracked through a unique tracking ID shared via WhatsApp or email.

  • For express deliveries, riders will contact you directly for location confirmation before dispatch.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is attempted but not accepted by the customer, or if the address/contact is unreachable, the order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).

  • Aetos Now reserves the right to charge a re-delivery fee for repeated failed deliveries.

7. Delivery Delays

  • While most orders arrive within the committed time, unforeseen delays (weather, traffic, local restrictions) may occur.

  • Our support team will proactively reach out in such cases to reschedule or refund as applicable.

8. Change of Address or Delivery Slot

  • Address or time changes are only accepted before dispatch.

  • Once the order is out for delivery, rerouting is not possible.
